Everyone’s invited to the free Rail Trail Celebration this Saturday, June 20 from 10am – 1pm! There will be music, food & fun for all ages, to celebrate the grand opeing of Phase 2 of the Rail Trail. Hot dogs provided by Londonderry Trailways, drinks provided by Coca Cola, and to top it off frozen yogurt provided by Stonyfield! There will also be a few interactive actives offered like a ”Points of Interest” search game, Segway rides and even yoga on the trail. Everything is free and the weather is expected to be beautiful, come join the fun.
The main meeting spot for activities on the trail will be at the Exit 5 Park & Ride facility where there is plenty of free parking in the long term and overflow parking lots. You can also park at North Elementary School on Sanborn Rd and walk/ride the 1 mile to the Exit 5 area.
